Forincorp International is a procurement and trading company based in Hong Kong. Founded in 1986, Forincorp has become the Group’s flagship subsidiary for complex communications and coordination with Chinese-based manufacturers.
Founded in 1986 as Kedaung Group’s Hong Kong-based distribution subsidiary, Forincorp has become a crucial member within the Group’s supply chain, specialising in complex procurement and sourcing requests from various Group subsidiaries. This includes sourcing for a wide range of goods from raw materials, packaging products, intricate moulds, to even manufacturing machinery components. Supported by a skilled team based in its headquarters in Hong Kong, and additional operations in mainland China for factory visits and quality control assurance, Forincorp has grown into a trusted sourcing and procurement company with expertise in a wide range of industries.
Beyond sourcing and procurement, Forincorp operates a trading and distribution business specialising in tableware, kitchenware, and home goods. With key markets in South Korea, Philippines, Panama, India, and various countries in Europe, Forincorp markets both Kedaung products and goods produced by a large collection of partner factories. Additionally, Forincorp operates a HoReCa distribution business targeting the Chinese and Hong Kong markets, with key customers including large institutional clients such as Hong Kong Disneyland.
