Kedaung Surabaya Industrial Complex
Kedaung Surabaya Industrial Complex is one of Kedaung Group’s major industrial sites in eastern Indonesia. Established in 1974 as the Group’s expansion into Surabaya, it has become a major base for glassware, enamelware, and tin-can production, alongside a range of other supporting industrial activities.
The complex houses an extensive concentration of exclusively Kedaung-owned subsidiaries and facilities within a single site. Among its most prominent operations are Kedawung Subur, Kedawung Surya, and Kedaung Indah Can, with the site notably housing some of Indonesia’s largest glassware and enamelware factories. In addition to these are other Kedaung operations involved in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, plastic injection moulding, and raw material refinement for glassware production.
Originally developed as Kedaung Group’s expansion into Surabaya, the complex benefits from its strategic placement within one of East Java’s most important industrial and commercial centres. Its location provides strong access to Surabaya’s urban market, the wider East Java economy, and the distribution networks connecting the city to the rest of eastern Indonesia. This has made the site an effective base not only for large-scale production, but also for strengthening the Group’s market reach across the region.
