Kedaung Central Logistics Hub

Kedaung Central Logistics Hub is a 4.5-hectare distribution, warehousing, and commercial complex in West Jakarta. Originally home to Indonesia’s first glassware manufacturing facility, the site has evolved alongside the city into a strategically positioned centre for Kedaung Group’s headquarters, global marketing, distribution, and logistics operations.

Located in Kedaung Kali Angke, the hub occupies a highly strategic position within western Jakarta, providing direct access to one of Indonesia’s largest concentrations of consumers, businesses, and commercial activity. Its proximity to the wider Greater Jakarta transport network supports efficient connections to Tangerang, Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, and major regional distribution corridors. As surrounding development transformed the area, the site’s role naturally evolved from large-scale manufacturing into a valuable base for logistics, warehousing, corporate administration, and metropolitan distribution.

The six-building complex brings together Kedaung’s central corporate and distribution functions with a portfolio of major commercial tenancies. The site accommodates Kedaung Group’s headquarters and global marketing office, alongside the offices and logistics warehouse of Kedaung Central Distribution. Five additional buildings house businesses operating across FMCG, fulfilment, third-party logistics, and last-mile delivery, reinforcing the hub’s importance within Jakarta’s distribution network. Ongoing investment has transformed and modernised key facilities across the complex, including the complete refurbishment of a fulfilment centre in 2019 and the full reconstruction of a major FMCG facility in 2020.
