Kedaung Europe

Headquartered in the Czech Republic, Kedaung Europe is a leading distributor of tableware and home goods in the Central and Eastern European markets. The company also serves as the regional parent organisation to 7 European-based subsidiaries across distribution and manufacturing.

Founded in 2005 as Kedaung Group’s distribution subsidiary for the European markets, Kedaung Europe has grown into one of the largest exporters of crystalware in the Czech Republic. Initially operating mainly in glassware and crystalware, Kedaung Europe has expanded its product portfolio to over 2,200 items across tableware, kitchenware, and home goods. The firm is also proud to own the Crystal Glassware brand Maison Forine and the Porcelainware brand Y-Home.

Beyond the Czech Republic, Kedaung Europe operates various distribution operations in neighbouring European countries through its trading subsidiaries, Modelia and Creative Time. This includes operations in Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Ukraine, as well as additional marketing offices in Poland, Hungary, and France. With warehousing and logistics facilities in 6 countries across Central and Eastern Europe, Kedaung Europe exports its products to over 30 countries across 5 continents. 

Kedaung Europe also operates a plastic injection moulding factory through its Bosnia-based subsidiary, Empire Plastics. Based in Broćanac, Empire Plastics operates a 376,000 sq ft (35,000 sq m) manufacturing and warehousing facility. The facility shares its warehousing capacity with Modelia and functions as the company’s largest logistics facility outside of the Czech Republic. Within the manufacturing facility, Empire Plastics operates 10 plastic injection moulding machines, running 2 shifts per day, and specialising in the production of tableware and home goods.
