Kedaung Kota Innovista
Kota Innovista is a 480-hectare city of industry currently being developed by Kedaung Group in Cikande, Banten. One of the Group’s largest and most ambitious industrial developments, it combines major manufacturing districts with integrated infrastructure, logistics, business and workforce services, and future township growth within one connected environment.
The development comprises approximately 300 hectares of industrial districts and a further 180 hectares allocated to long-term township growth. Its first four industrial phases cover approximately 160 hectares, beginning with a 60-hectare industrial gateway that will establish the project’s first operating business community. Construction is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the first tenants expected to occupy the development by the end of 2027, marking the beginning of its phased transformation into a fully functioning industrial city.
Kota Innovista is being developed to accommodate businesses of widely differing scales, from multinational manufacturers requiring self-contained production campuses to established industrial operators seeking ready-built facilities and quicker operational deployment. Serviced industrial plots ranging from approximately 2.3 to 8.2 hectares will provide space for complete manufacturing operations and future expansion, while modern ready-built factories integrate production, office, and showroom functions. The development will support a diversified mix of manufacturing, logistics, and advanced industrial activities, encouraging the formation of connected business clusters and supply chains.
Industrial readiness is supported by dedicated power, gas, water, digital connectivity, wastewater treatment, and estate-wide transport and water-management systems. Dedicated police and fire services, healthcare, tenant support, workforce training, and accommodation will provide the operational and community infrastructure required to sustain a development of this scale. Positioned between Greater Jakarta and the Merak-Cilegon industrial and port corridor, Kota Innovista demonstrates Kedaung Group’s capacity to deliver an integrated industrial ecosystem at city scale.
