Kedawung Surya Industrial
Kedawung Surya Industrial is a glassware manufacturing company based in Surabaya, Indonesia. Founded in 1981, Kedawung Surya was established to strengthen Kedaung Group’s glassware operation in the Surabaya region and to support its sister company, Kedawung Subur.
Located within Kedaung Group’s Surabaya Industrial Complex, Kedawung Surya operates a 215,000 sq ft (20,000 sq m) manufacturing facility that independently encompasses the entire glassware production process from end to end. Supported by 315 skilled employees, the company operates a single large-scale furnace and five production lines running 24 hours a day. This allows the facility to achieve a production capacity of approximately 65 tonnes per day, or roughly 23,000 tonnes per year.
Kedawung Surya produces a portfolio of roughly 1,400 product items and variations, with many products and collections shared with Kedawung Subur, including the iconic Royalex collection. While Kedawung Surya functions in some respects as a support facility for the larger Kedawung Subur, it has also developed an independent presence of its own, exporting its products to over 25 countries worldwide.
